Artist Karen Ford demonstrates Silk Felting

Asia Store celebrates Asian American Heritage month with an in store demonstration of silk felting by artist Karen Ford. Karen's interest in textiles goes back to her days at FIT, where she studied the history and construction of different fabrics and found herself particularly fascinated by felt- the oldest textile known worldwide, originating from Central Asia.
